School Registration Deadline : Friday, March 19, 2010*
The fee to attend Career Day is $50 per registrant, whether faculty or student.
*A limited number of late registrants will be accepted at the door the day of the event.
The late registration fee is $60.00 per person. Class selections will be limited to those
with available seats and entry into all competitions will be prohibited.
Class Registration -- Two-step Process:
- Email a completed registration form to fgidallas-staff@sbcglobal.net.
- Enclose a hard copy of the registration form with your payment.
$50.00 per student/faculty member; $20.00 for guests attending the fashion show
only

To ensure that all printed materials are accurate on the day of the event, please note the following:
- You will find our pre-formulated registration forms at the bottom of the
page.
- Make sure to spell all names correctly.
- Make sure capitalization is correct.
- On the registration form, list the participant’s last name (surname) in the column under “LAST NAME”;
list the participant’s preferred first name (given name) in the next column under “FIRST NAME.”
- Sort the list of names on your registration form in alphabetical order by last name.
- Be sure to use EXACT name as it will appear on competition entry forms.
If names do not match, it could cause disqualification due our inability to find the name in the registration log.
- Complete ALL cells for each registrant, including alternate class choices.
- DO NOT reformat the .xls registration form. These forms are electronically compiled and input.
The formulas attached are responsible for ensuring that all class selections and other logistical matters are handled properly.
