Mailing Instructions & Important Deadlines
We realize you may need to set deadlines ahead of ours in order to collect everything and get it to us on time. Therefore, these deadlines reflect the time period in which we need to receive the respective items. A school must sponsor all students. If you, as the instructor, are not handling any of the Career Day matters and have delegated it to a student organization, please designate one student (i.e. the president of the organization) to be responsible for handling the deadlines. These reflect the date items must be received , not postmarked!

Note:
1) Protect Yourself! All packages need to be insured for their full value and you must track packages yourself.
2) All garments, boards, and such are to be sent via FED-EX, Airborn, and/or UPS to project address listed above. [These services will not deliver to PO Box address!!!]
3) If you wish to have confirmation that your fees or projects were received, put a self addressed stamped envelope in your correspondence. No other confirmations will be sent. 
Any student calling the FGI office inquiring about packages will be disqualified.

Enter through front entrance of the World Trade Center.
(Students will not be able to enter the upper floors of World Trade Center.  An FGI representative will meet the student at the elevator foyer, straight back from main entry.  The elevator foyer is manned by a WTC representative.)

Late registration at door will be $60 per person (Registration CLOSES at 10AM, sharp!)
